June was Brain Awareness Month.
As we age, there’s no avoiding a natural decline in brain wellness—due to a variety of factors from the normal aging process to poor diet, alcohol consumption and environmental stressors. These factors cause memory loss, slower reaction times and diminished alertness and I can tell you I suffer this daily. I am sort of well – losing it! I can’t remember words and well, I prolly have early onset Alzheimers. I just started taking it and hopefully it will help with word recall?!! Let’s see. I just may forget to follow up if it doesn’t work. 🙂
