PRODUCT OBSESSION - ERNO LASLO - CLEANSERS AND WELL, EVERYTHING!

If you don't know the tried and true classic skin care line of ERNO LASLO  then you are, no offense, way out of it!

I first dabbled into Ernie's line when I was less than 10 years old and his bottles decorated my mom's dressers and bathroom counters and pocketbooks.  It was everywhere.  All I knew at that young age was that the smell of my mom's creams made me crazy happy and that I loved the boxy modernist bottle design (even as a kid I was a design snob).  

My fondness for the line got reinvigorated several years ago at the Parker Hotel in Palm Springs which uses their products to stock the bathroom (and obviously, my luggage).  I dove into a full on Erno Laslow renaissance and started collecting some of their newer more advanced skin care products upon my return.

Lately I'm diggin' the cleansers.  I LOVE LOVE LOVE using an oil as step one in cleansing....ACTIVE pHELITYL OIL smells so good I want to drink it, but mostly I adore the way it feels going on and washing dirt and make-up off. 

Pre-cleansing treatment for dry to slightly oily skinThis non-comedogenic, essential oil boasts anti-inflammatory botanical extracts from India. This first step dissolves trapped impurities on contact, to promote cleaner, healthier-looking skin.

I also dig the SEA MUD SOAP...A total classic and pairs perfectly with this pre-cleanse oil.

I love Laszlo too and have been a devotee since 1975; but I wish they still included the iconic faux marble soap DISH with the Sea Mud Soap...
